This 10 week painting and drawing course is perfect for the avid beginner or the practising artist. Your experienced tutors will show you the techniques that make good art, great! Let your creativity run wild and see what amazing pieces you can produce under their expert tuition!

This 10 week painting and drawing course is perfect for any skill level from beginners to advanced. We believe that everyone has the ability to draw and paint – and we can help you to improve your painting and drawing skills by exploring techniques used by the masters. All you need is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Develop your skills through form, perspective, tone and colour exercises. Some evenings will be completed by undertaking a short study of Western Art masterpieces.

Discover how to paint and draw what you really see and experience using different mediums and styles in your artwork.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Spit Junction, Sydney.

Session Length

This course runs for a period of 10 weeks and is held in the evenings from 7 – 9pm. Terms commence at various times throughout the year.

Guidelines:

Please bring to the class: A2 cartridge paper sketchbook, 2B & 6D lead pencils, a kneadable eraser and 2 sticks of charcoal.

Numbers:

To ensure individual attention, we operate with a maximum of 12 people in each class.

Spectators:

Not suitable for spectators.

Weather:

This experience is not affected by the weather.

Other Info:

Come along with an open-mind and a willingness to learn! You will also be required to bring painting equipment to class, including oil paints, brushes, canvas, pallet and knife and also turps. This is not needed at the first class and your tutor will discuss any requirements prior to the class.
