Learn to make your own beautiful natural soy and palm wax candles in Sydney. Take home every candle that you make! We teach you step by step how to make soy oil burner melts, soy votives, palm wax pillar candles, floating candles, soy container candles and tealight candles.

We pass on our candle making knowledge as we work through each of the practical candle making activities. Each step of our workshop adds to your skill level and increases your candle making knowledge base.

Be prepared to get your hands dirty as you do everything from wicking your candles for preparation, melting and mixing the wax with dye and fragrance, through to finishing off your moulded natural wax candle. You won't find another candle making class that teaches you this much!

A great way to meet new people, have fun and spend the weekend doing something interesting that you enjoy! You will be amazed at how much you make in one day and will be inspired to go home and make your own candles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by This was a learning experience. Whilst I found the experience informative - having never made candles before, I found it a little lacking in directive structure. I was greeted on arrival but then left hanging with no outline of what the display tables were for - later finding out they were sales oriented. The handouts (paperwork) were informative, but I left with an array of candles (coloured and scented) that would not have been my choice as the candles were from the group production of 5 attendees - not all my choice. I think that needs to be made clearer, you might get 15+ candles but they won't be all your own choosing. 17 February 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Everything on the day was excellent, from the trainers and the information they were able to provide about each candle and the different techniques, through to the actual candle making experience and value for money at the end of day. My only comment would be for the organisers to have some coffee beans or other materials around the venue for participants to smell while choosing fragrances as after a while many of the smells smelt the same. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience and i am looking forward to putting these new skills to practice and making some beautiful candles and gifts for friends and family!. 17 July 2012
