First of it’s kind in Melbourne, with no minimum passenger requirement. You can buy one or more seats on a thrilling helicopter flight around Melbourne CBD. Meet at the VIP Lounge and Heliport at Essendon Airport and be over the city in minutes, maximising your scenic flight time. Flight path is Docklands, Eureka Tower, Rod Laver Arena, The MCG and AAMI Stadium, Exhibition Building, then fly past Eureka Skydeck 88 and the MCG again before heading back to Essendon Heliport. We fit you together with other passengers so you can experience the rush of this helicopter flight on your own or with family and friends. This is a shared flight available on Weekends only.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

This experience is a 20 minute drive from Melbourne CBD.

Session Length

This experience is 18-20mins, running on Saturday and Sundays from 10.00am until 5.00pm. You need to arrive 15 minutes before the flight time.

Guidelines:

Max weight of 100kg per customer, passengers are weighed pre flight. When confirming the booking please provide us with your exact weight (not an estimate) flights are scheduled according to the weights provided on booking. Children are welcome along with an adult. This isn't suitable for infants.

Numbers:

This voucher is valid for 1 person, there are no minimum passenger number requirements for the flight to go ahead. On a full flight there will be a maximum of 4 passengers.

Weather:

We'll contact as early as possible if the weather is likely to hinder flying. If that's the case, we'll reschedule your flight to the next Saturday or Sunday convenient to you.

Other Info:

No name changes are allowed once a booking is confirmed. Any flight changes are approved at the sole discretion of the supplier. If approved a $50 administration fee per person is payable directly to the supplier. No Shows forfeit their tickets and are not entitled to a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

All scenic flights can be postponed by the customer up to 48 hrs before the confirmed flight time for a change fee of $50 pp. Requests within 48 hrs of confirmed flight time for postponement for any reason whatsoever are not allowed. Passenger No Shows and passengers who have missed their confirmed flights for any reason whatsoever forfeit their tickets and are not entitled to fly again or receive a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Helicopter Flight We were given this flight as a gift so I cannot comment as to it's value for money except to say it was a fabulous experience. We picked a perfect warm sunny Melbourne day which we think enhanced the experience. The staff were very friendly and informative. My husband is not a fan of light aeroplanes and was extremely nervous and apprehensive but he need not have been. The trip took in Port Melbourne, the whole dock area, Albert Park Lake, The Shrine, Government House, the MCG, the CBD, Melbourne Cemetery, Carlton and the city surrounds. My only negative about this was that I sat in the back, behind the pilot. In two circuits of the CBD I didn't get a view at all. The pilot said he would do a once around with the city out to the left of the helicopter, then another with the city on the right. This would mean I could get a great view. However, on the second go around he did the same thing- city out the left, and I missed out whereas everyone else saw it twice. This was really disappointing for me. However, we really loved the whole experience. 12 May 2013

Friendly staff and a knowledgable pilot who took time to tell you where the various landmarks were. Thanks to our pilot and the rest of the team who made the day special for me. Hope to be able to do a longer flight next time. 11 May 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by absolutely amazing, loved every minute of it From the moment I arrived to the end of my flight it was an amazing experience. The staff are very professional and friendly. Great views of the city and you fly high enough to get a good look around but not to high were you cannot recongise landmarks etc. Would definitely do it again and I haven't stopped telling friend and family about it. 1 May 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful experience to see Melbourne from a different perspective Well organised. Staff informative. PIlot very pleasant and well versed. Beautiful day, sunny and clear. Had a very clear view of everything particularly sitting in the front seat. Never had a feel for shape or size of Albert Park Lake, now I do, in the shape of a "logie". Magnificent view bayside, Could see Members of MCC queing for AFL game. Saw where I work. Everything about the experience was awesome. Would hightly recommend it. This was a gift to my Husband and Myself, for a special birthday. Thank you, 27 April 2013
