Session Length
This experience is 18-20 mins, running on Saturday and Sundays from 10.00am until 5.00pm. You need to arrive 15 minutes before the flight time.

Guidelines:
Max weight of 100kg per customer, passengers are weighed pre flight. When confirming the booking please provide us with your exact weight (not an estimate) flights are scheduled according to the weights provided on booking. Children are welcome along with an adult. This isn't suitable for infants.
Numbers:
There'll be up to 3 passengers on the flight - everyone gets a window seat!
Weather:
We'll contact as early as possible if the weather is likely to hinder flying. If that's the case, we'll reschedule your flight to the next Saturday or Sunday convenient to you.
Other Info:
No name changes are allowed once a booking is confirmed. Any flight time change needs to be approved by the supplier and if approved a $50 administration fee is payable directly to the supplier. No changes within 48 hours. No Shows forfeit their tickets and are not entitled to a refund.

I would highly recommended this experience. The helicopter pilot was very professional and provided an interesting commentary while flying. From views in the air I learned things about Melbourne that I didn't know, had an experience I wanted to do, and made the most of the price offered by RedBalloon. Also an excellent choice if you don't have the time to commit to an all day experience.

I had a sensational experience. All the information necessary was provided in the voucher, except, perhaps, how early to arrive. As it turned out preparing us for our flight happened very quickly and we departed on time - or maybe even a little early because we were all ready. So easy and so enjoyable!

The helicopter flight over Melbourne was awesome,to see the city and surrounding areas was so very much different than i thought it would be,to see these areas from the air and not just as buildings and places that you would normally drive past,that may look to be plain and dull was very much a real buzz for me.the view from the air gave me an insight too a different beauty and peaceful look at our great city.

They were so great at the Helicopter place, Guy the pilot was so interesting to talk to, the scenery we saw was spectacular, looking at Melbourne from a birds eye view was really amazing, it was a great present for my husband's 70th birthday.

My only complaint is that the flight wasn't long enough and unfortunately the day we had booked for our flight was not as clear as I would have liked, which I know we have no control over.

I did the helicopter ride over the city and it was simply amazing! It was a really relaxed atmosphere and friendly with the organizers, the experience itself was smooth and exciting as we went round the city twice. In fact it was so good, the 18-20 minutes didn't fell like it was enough! I'd go again.
