This summer white water rafting trip combines all the elements of a memorable adventure – beautiful scenery, thrilling rapids, solitude and relaxation. Add abseiling to this and the excitement levels peak! Your day begins with wake?up hot drinks and pastries and a complimentary transfer from Welshpool to the adventure location, which is approximately 2.5 hours south of Perth. The day begins with abseiling. We will brief you on safe roping practices and equipment fitting and then it’s off to do our first descent. You will be abseiling from about 8m on the introductory face and build up to more exhilarating heights from there! After abseiling for a few hours we stop and relax with a wholesome lunch. It’s then off to the river to cool off, swimming and paddling down the river on rafts. The river’s pristine waters are great for floating along and relaxing. But hang on tight when you experience the thrills of the rapids!
You will arrive back in Perth around 7pm, feeling tired and content after a fun day in the great outdoors!

Pick-up from Welshpool, Western Australia – approximately 10km south-east of the Perth CBD.
This experience is available on selected days from December to February ONLY. You will depart from Welshpool at 6.30am and return around 7pm.
This experience is not suitable for young children. You do not have to be a strong swimmer, as you will be provided with a life vest, but you should feel comfortable in the water. No prior white water rafting experience is necessary.
Minimum of 8 participants are needed for this experience to go ahead; maximum of 15 participants per session. Instructor(s) will be supervising at all times.
Spectators are welcome but will need to provide their own transport and food. They are welcome to follow the bus from Welshpool.
This experience may be affected by the weather. In the case of poor weather conditions we may reschedule your experience for a later date.
