Fish one of Queensland's most pristine fishing areas, with over 40km of the Noosa River. Enjoy the waterways, admire the rare native bird life and you'll even get to pull up a few crab pots and taste the legendary Queensland Mud or Blue Swimmer Crab.

A fantastic fishing adventure. Try your hand at catching either bream, flathead, trevally or many other species of abundant fish in the area, with the helping hand of your professional fishing guide. Enjoy a lunch on board and get to taste the delicious Queensland crabs, freshly caught and cooked on board – you can’t get fresher than that!

Half day trips include: All bait and fishing tackle, lunch of bread rolls, salads and cold meats, complimentary tea and coffee, freshly caught mud crab tasting on board, professional fishing guide, toilet facilities, small numbers & a free fishing lesson for beginners if needed.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Noosa, Queensland.

Session Length

Morning Trip: 7.30am – 12noon, Afternoon Trip: 1pm – 5.30pm. Available 7 days a week, minimum of two adults needed for tour to run.

Guidelines:

Those over 16 years old who want to fish.

Numbers:

There will be a maximum of 10 people in the custom built boat. We operate with a minimum of two people on the trip.

Weather:

Tours depart all weather conditions on the calm waters of Noosa River.

Other Info:

All legal size fish will be cleaned and put on ice, if desired.

We had to chase up our booking 3 months after original request, then on the day nothing seemed to go right and whole experience seemed quite disorganised. Bait was typical service station frozen, fishing "spots" were not special - we could have fished off the bridge into the same area, lunch not prepared as stated - we waited on jetty for guide to go buy it at supermarket. No mud crabs as promised in experience advert. Either extraordinary bad luck or poor preparation. Disappointed overall. 16 January 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great morning out on the water! Mark runs a smooth tour and knows his stuff. The crabs couldn't have been any fresher or tastier. While we didn't catch many fish on the day, we had lots of fun and spirits were always high. I'll definitely be going back again!!! 9 January 2013
