You can email your Coach at any time, and expect a response within 48 hours on business days. Your package not only includes coaching on specific issues that relate directly to you, we will also send you a fortnightly 'Coachnote', which will discuss generic subjects, invoke thought, and require that you answer questions and implement new strategies into your life for greater effect. Coachmail is perfect for people who: are not able to meet the larger financial commitment of speaking with a Coach, are not able to commit to set appointment times per month, want constant access to their Coach for feedback and suggestions, and want freedom and flexibility in their relationship with their Coach.

To get started, we send you some forms to fill out, which will let us know more about you, and how best to coach you, and then we'll help you clarify some goals to work on over the next two months.
