This treat was just so lovely for my family. We enjoyed every single detail of the afternoon. The venue is gorgeous, the food simple sumptuous and the setting exquisite. What a superb way to celebrate a special event. If you're looking for something classy to do in Melbourne, this choice will not disappoint. Would do it all over again.

The experience was fantastic, I had invited 11 other girls to join me in this experience, they all loved it. Venue was fantastic, nice and relaxed, food was great, service very high quality. The only negative which is not on RedBalloons part is that 2 hours is not long enough, one more extra hour would have made it PERFECT!

We actually stayed at the Hotel Windsor the night of our afternoon tea and have nothing but praise for the staff and the quality of our stay. It was our 33 Wedding Anniversary and a very memorable one. There were no issues whatsoever, all bookings were confirmed before and we had a really enjoyable weekend. Thank You.

It was all I hoped it would be - wonderful. My only regret was that I couldn't try a lot more of the cakes on the buffet because I was so full!

What a memorable experience. It was fantastic & exactly as advertised. Staff were amazing, food was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed it. What an enormous array of sweets & you could keep going back for more! Had a wonderful time & intend to do it again soon.

Delicious cakes etc and superb waiting service where nothing is of a bother, quick, smart and pleasantly old school dining.

It was a lovely occasion, but considering we went at lunchtime, we would have enjoyed more savories than desserts. It is only suggested as a positive, otherwise it was a lovely afternoon.

It was very nice as expected. The staff were very helpful and friendly and food was very tasty. It seemed to be very popular with the ladies! I thought an extra touch would be to have a piano player in the background who could play requests. To satisfy curiosity, a brief tour of the different standards of the rooms for overnight stays might have been of interest after the meal was finished. Why not trial it?

It was very good. Service was first class very professional. The food was great. I would have liked more savory dishes as there were plenty of cakes and sweets, yummy! Perhaps they could print out little souvenir place cards or such to take away if the experience was a special occasion, like a birthday treat. Nevertheless it was a great afternoon out.

Our waiter (Bee) was absolutely delightful with spot on recommendations for the buffet and range of tea. Acoustics were surprisingly good, a cheerful murmur, overall an enjoyable experience which I would recommend and do again in the future.
