Our stylists undergo extensive training so you can feel relaxed and at ease with the outcome of your professional hair session which is designed to meet your individual needs, your unique face shape and of course, your lifestyle!

Paddington, NSW – approximately 5 minutes east of Sydney CBD.
Session Length
We are open 6 days a week. Monday – Tuesday from 10am - 6pm, Wednesday from 10am – 8pm, Thursday from 10am – 8.30pm, Friday from 10am - 6pm and Saturday 9am – 5.30pm. We recommend that you allow approximately 45 minutes for this experience. Bookings are essential. Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Numbers:
The price quoted is for one person. You will be with your Art Director on the day. Thursday and Friday night and Saturdays in the salon are fast paced and energetic, for a more relaxed, down tempo experience we suggest an appointment earlier in the week from Monday to Wednesday.
Spectators:
Not suitable for spectators.
Weather:
This experience takes place indoors and is therefore not affected by the weather.

I felt that the Art director really understood my hair and what can or cannot be done. The staff were very friendly and especially for me not having been to the hairdresser for 25-odd years(!) having had always negative experiences with hairdressers (I have natural very curly frizzy thin hair!) they made me feel safe, acted responsibly and understood what can or cannot, should or should not be done! I am very pleased and will definitely go back for a haircut and treatment!

My haircut was amazing. The stylist really listened to me and took into account aspects of my life to match my hairstyle. I was made to feel completely comfortable and it is definitely one of the best haircuts I have ever had.

The staff at RedBalloon were very helpful, and friendly. And the hair day was very enjoyable and he did a really great job on my hair, and was also very friendly. A great experience. I hope my children give me another RedBalloon gift for Mothers Day.

I loved how easy it was to use my voucher and make the booking. There was no confusion at all, which I admit I expected because it's not dealing with the company directly, but they knew exactly what was going on and made me feel very welcome.
