Session Length

Please book in advance to secure your preferred treatment date. Not valid Sundays and Public Holidays. All bookings are subject to availability. This experience is 90 minutes in duration.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Please call ahead if you are running late. We make every effort, but no promises, to accommodate late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy:

Not valid Sundays and Public Holidays. We require 24 hours cancellation notice, otherwise 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Rated 5 out of 5 by This was a wonderful experience I bought this for my mum and I to share a nice relaxing experience as an early mothers day gift. Both mum and I enjoyed the experience very much. The venue was very clean and beautiful decore, while the staff seemed very experienced and the treatment itself was beautiful. I am in the area on holidays currently and should I return to the location I will definately have another treatment. 9 May 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Oh so relaxing! We felt very welcome from the moment we walked in, at reception and with our therapists. Lovely separate waiting area with mood lighting, music & herbal tea. Best massage I've ever had. I'm not sure what I expected with the cocoon but we were literally just wrapped up for a little while, very cosy! The only downside would be that there were very noisy building works across the road & the building wasn't soundproof at all, but the massage totally distracted me from any sound. A lovely relaxing afternoon! 22 April 2013

It was one of the nicest gifts I have ever received especially because I would never purchase anything like this normally for myself. From start to end this experience in nothing short but fabulous. Rated 4 out of 5 by Very relaxing! This package was so relaxing and just what we needed. It was interesting not being massaged with oil or lotion, but rather through a towel. I thought this may have been due to the warm body cocoon soon to come, however only our feet were cocooned and given a clay mask. All in all it was a really great experience and worth the money - but I think they might change things around slightly to what they put on Red Balloon! 16 April 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ultimate relaxation My wife and I were given this package as a wedding present. The last couples massage we had was in Fiji on our honeymoon so we were curious to know what a spa package in the middle of Sydney would be like. The staff was very friendly and professional. The spa has a surprisingly large amount of facilities within a small space. The whole experience was very relaxing and we felt very pampered afterwards. The one thing that I think that could be improved would be to shield the inside spa rooms from the roadside noise even more so. Perhaps the windows could be double glazed or magnatite'd (unless they already were). Without the rare random loud car driving past we could have almost believed we weren't in the middle of the city! Will be looking to recommend and revisit knowing that a really relaxing experience can be had without having to board a plane. 7 April 2013
