Everything worked very smoothly. I had to change day and times, and that was no problem with the Spa. Just handed over my voucher and had a very enjoyable and relaxing spa treatment. It was a Christmas present and it was good that I was able to choose the best time to enjoy it. I'm now scrubbed, moisturised and floating....but felt like having a nana-nap when I finished!
