The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient but also left us alone to chat and enjoy the afternoon tea. A wonderfully enjoyable experience. 24 April 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Windsor Hotel Afternoon Tea It was simply excellent in every aspect......The staff very friendly and giving outstanding service...!!...They even took the trouble to find out what was the reason for being there...and I informed them that it was my partners birthday......they then proceeded to present a birthday cake to him with candles and all...!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect way to spend an afternoon in Melbourne. Everyone should experience high tea at The Windsor at least once. The service, the food, the ambience could not be faulted. The atmosphere takes you back to more gracious times. The attention to detail in making you feel special is fantastic. The food was excellent, my particular favourite being the scones. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. 9 April 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent experience! It was a great experience! They make special arrangement to cater for my dietary requirement although I didn't inform them that I was pregnant during the time of booking and when I arrived. It was a total surprise! Now this is called service :) 7 April 2013
