Brew 50 Litres Of Your Own Beer - NSW

If you love your beer and would love to make your very own brew, then a trip to our microbrewery is the perfect gift for any beer lover! Come and brew 50 litres of beer (approximately 6 cartons) using the ingredients, facilities, and expert guidance provided by our expert beer brewing staff!

This incredible beer brewing experience is split into 2 separate days.

• Day 1 - Brewing Day (approximately 1.5 hours in duration)

Your experience starts the moment you arrive at your pre-booked brewing time at our microbrewery. We have over 200 beautiful beer recipes for you to choose from and each is unique, delicious, and uses NO chemicals or preservatives – just sensational tasting beers of all flavours from around the world.

After you’ve selected your brew, you’ll be issued with an ingredients sheet and our staff will then assist you in measuring up the fresh malt, hops, and yeast and then they’ll escort you to your assigned kettle. It’s easy, hassle free, and you get to see exactly what goes into your own personal brew.

Our staff will then guide you through the brewing process as you add the special ingredients for your beer. While you’re brewing your beer, you can even enjoy a sample of the incredible brews that can be produced here.

You will learn all you need to know about the ancient art of brewing, as well as how it is done in today’s modern brewing environment.

• Day 2 - Bottling Day (2 – 4 weeks after your brewing day and approximately 40 minutes in duration)

Today is very exciting and is the day that you get to bottle your very own brew. Your beer will be fully fermented, triple filtered, carbonated, icy cold and connected to a beer tap, ready for you to fill your bottles (provided) or maybe even fill your glass!
