Experience the thrill of the flying trapeze! Learn to swing, flip and catch your way through a series of manoeuvres, all under the instruction of professional trapeze artists.

If you are looking for an unforgettable adventure experience then this is the one for you! Feel the sun on your face and the wind in your hair as you swing on the outdoor trapeze 10m above the ground!

Beginning on the low practice bar, you will learn the basic position and receive a full briefing. In the safety of a harness, you will then progress to the flying trapeze ready for your first swing! Under the watchful eye of our professional instructors, you will soon be experiencing the true thrill of flying! Be amazed as you master the knee-hang, the back flip to the net and finally the catch just like you’ve seen in the circus!

Each participant will be offered a minimum 5 swings over this 1.5 hour session.

Please Note: This experience entitles participants to use the pool facilities at the aquatic centre. Bring your swimming gear, should you wish to stay and swim.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Sydney Olympic Park, NSW.

Session Length

This is a 1.5 hour workshop. PLEASE NOTE: This experience is ONLY available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays or Sundays. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a lesson

Guidelines:

Aged 6 and up. Safety is our number one priority. We offer the highest levels of safety for the protection and enjoyment of the public. A minimum of 3 fully trained staff operate the rig, and you will be harnessed in safety lines and swing above a safety net at all times.

Numbers:

Price is for 1 person. There will be up to 12 people per class.

Spectators:

Fantastic for spectators – bring them along with camera in hand!

Weather:

The rig is outdoors so in the case of bad weather conditions, the workshop may be cancelled and rescheduled at a later date.

Workshops are carried out by quality professional and encouraging instruction. Flying Trapeze workshops provide a great form of exercise, and a fantastic atmosphere for spectators to sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular display of their comrades, friends or family.

It's Friday in the RedBalloon office and there are a few sore and sorry bodies hobbling about. No, we didn't spend a night on the town cutting up the dance floor like maniacs...WE MASTERED THE FLYING TRAPEZE! Ok, so “mastered” may be overstating it but you can read more about it here...
