Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic I haven't felt so spoilt for a long time. Divine massage and facial, done very professionally. What I particularly liked was that the young girl who provided the service didn't put any pressure on me to chat through the experience so I could just totally relax an enjoy it. Loved the dim lightly, soft music and gorgeous aromas too. 1 May 2013

The lighting, soft music and a firm but relaxing massage was just perfect. The staff where all pleasant and my therapist was very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend. 9 February 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Fantastic but no footbath? I had a really wonderful time at the Ringwood location. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons - I arrived 20 minutes early but was not taken through until 10-15 mins past my appointment time, and I did not get a footbath even though the deal should have included it. However, the massage was wonderful, the girl who attended me gave me options for my massage and checked on my comfort and preferred pressure. The facial was also very comfortable on my skin and relaxing, which is great as I have quite sensitive skin. The room was very private, the lights were dimmed and relaxing music was playing to ensure my comfort. I was able to take my time afterwards to dress and leave the room, and presented with a voucher as I left for my next visit. I was also offered water and tea both as I arrived and as I left. As it's quite far from home I would not become a regular customer but would happily attend every so often for a treat. 1 February 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Over priced and rushed My husband has bought this experience before and it was relaxing and enjoyable. This time the whole experience was rushed, they were running 20 minutes late and then the total experience lasted less than an hour and 20 minutes. Not good value for money at all. I left feeling rushed not relaxed. It was a pity as the venue is great and the staff are usually far more attentive. 13 January 2013
