The classes offer an invigorating way to improve stability, strength, mind-body connection and flexibility. The carefully designed workout will artfully sculpt and tone your physique, while you flow through the class sequence ensuring that you leave with a truly amazing fitness experience. This is a great way to team build, and celebrate a birthday or hen's as fitness and fun are effortlessly blended!

There are 16 people in the maximum group booking or class size.
Spectators are welcome however please be mindful that this is an exercise class. There is seating inside the pool area.
The classes are located at an indoor pool so they will not be affected by the weather.
It is recommended to wear swimwear as you'll be getting into the water to mount your aqua board. Leggings will NOT be comfortable when wet. We recommend swimmers to get to your board and then shorts to layer once you are on your board. Please be respectful to our pools, no g-string or cheeky cut swimwear. Bring water, a towel and a change of clothes. Changing facilities and showers are at the pool.
