  Fun & informative course. Staff were extremely friendly. Learnt alot. Being retired I still enjoyed the session & look forward to showcasing my new skills, to my family & friends. You never know I might become a Master Senior's Barista. Richard

  The Barista couse was MUCH better than I had imagined....very informative and the instructors were super friendly ...whilst keeping everyone focused on the task! I hadn't realised I knew so little about coffee until I went there.

  It was a fantastic experience. I learnt so much about coffee... the information was clear and we got to make every type of coffee that you would find on a coffee shop menu, not once but at least 3 times each.... I would highly recommend this class to everyone.

  My Barista course was an amazing experience and a wonderful Mothers Day present. It was well organised and extremely helpful, not long for large companies but the domestic side was also very informative. The girls taking the class where so helping and understanding.

  I enjoyed the Barista course and the presenter was excellent her knowledge base of the product was very good. There was also ample coffee machines to ensure everyone had the opportunity to get in plenty of practice. The only minor feedback I might provide to the company is it would be great if they supplied aprons for participants use as it can get pretty messy with coffee and chocolate flying around. Thanks also to RedBalloon as this isn't an experience I would have undertaken if I hadn't be...

  I thought the instructor was excellent she was lively and animated, she taught us what to expect when we order a coffee. What to look for in a good barista. We came home and got our coffee machine out and tried to replicate what she taught us. All in all it was an enjoyable 3 hrs. Money well worth spent.

  The Barista course was excellent. Ami the presenter was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to all those attending. Her assistant kept everything going in the background with cleaning cups and making machines ready for our use. Both ladies were helping all participants during the practical sessions and circulating to all to make sure we were doing the right thing to make great coffees.

  Excellent course - a lot to remember about the finer detail on how to produce the best coffee. Could be enahnced if the course was extended slightly to allow more time to tasting good and poor examples of the various drinks produced.

  Well run, started on time, experienced presenter, good to work with commercial machines as I only have home machine, plenty of information. I really enjoyed it, I find myself watching the barista when I order coffee to see if they are doing what we were told on the course.
