RedBalloon are excited to launch our latest recognition innovation and essential tool for busy people managers. The Big RED Toolkit has been specially designed to support businesses by ensuring managers are recognising and thanking their team for their daily efforts and achievements. (Hence the RED = Recognise Every Day!)
Quite simply, from all the research and studies it is clear that people are more productive, work harder and have greater enjoyment in their work if they are recognised for their efforts; and it’s the employees direct manager that can have the greatest impact in either a positive or negative way. There is need to educate managers on how to give proper praise and provide recognition consistently across businesses in a timely, specific and personal manner.

St George Bank where our first client to launch the Toolkits across their team of 670 Managers. The Toolkit provides managers with a constant reminder of the importance of recognition and allows them to reward staff with experience vouchers.
