Setting up your Points Program

• Following our informative consultation, which includes design and planning of your online incentive points program, we send you a Program Agreement document to complete and sign.
• You provide us with your logo and brand guidelines so we can set-up your customised fully hosted Online Points Program.
• We provide you with a customised URL e.g. http://yoursite.redballoon.com.au
• You provide us with your participant data, group structures and permission levels that create a secure portal for your program.
• Your nominated people can go online, login, allocate points to individuals or groups at any time and communicate with the participants using the communication tool.
• We send you an invoice based on the points you have allocated for the month*.
