Relax in the hot springs and spas of the Mornington Peninsula for an entire day, just 75 minutes from Melbourne. This experience includes entry to the mineral hot springs and a 30-minute private bathing experience in a still mineral bath. Come and soak up the natural goodness!

You no longer have to travel to New Zealand or Europe to bathe in hot mineral springs. On Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, waters rich in minerals and trace elements that flow from deep underground have been channelled into public and private baths.

This experience consists of 30 minutes of blissful private bathing for you and your partner in an indoor bath scented with your choice of Li’Tya essential oils. Choose from oil blends such as Detox, Rejuvenate and Reharmonise. Included is the use of a fluffy robe and towel.

You and your partner will also have access to our relaxation lounge where complimentary herbal teas are available.

For the remainder of the day you get to relax in our tranquil and serene Spa Dreaming Centre.

In this area there are five mineral bathing pools and a sauna. Enjoy a bubbling spa couch, a massaging thermal waterfall, a central pool and covered grotto, a tranquility bath set amongst tea trees and a cold plunge pool. The thermal temperatures range from a very relaxing 37 degrees to a toasty 43 degrees. The waters are full of natural minerals that benefit your body while you soak. Relax and enjoy the natural warmth while you take in the tranquil surrounds.

Our Spa Dreaming Centre Café offers healthy cuisine and fresh juices as well as local wines and beers. From the cafe you can sit and enjoy sweeping views over the lakes, grasslands and bush-covered slopes that grace the 17-hectare site.

Entering the bathing area is like stepping into another world, a sanctuary where mind and body are calmed by the steam, soothing aroma and sound of the running water. It’s a place where time is forgotten and lingering is part of the code of harmony…

Please note: This hot springs private bathing experience is indoors, spa jets are not available in private baths.

Session Length

Opening hours are from 9am – 9pm seven days a week. We are closed on Christmas Day. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. The duration of your private bathing experience will be 30 minutes and your main bathing area pass is valid for one day.

Guidelines:

This experience is not appropriate for pregnant women. You must be 16 years of age or over to be eligible for this experience.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for two people. Included is one 30-minute private bathing experience and a day pass to our general bathing area. There will be others in the general bathing area on the day.

Not suitable for spectators.

You will need to bring extra money if you wish to purchase anything from the Bathe Café, Gift Shop or a massage or spa treatment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by We are definitely coming back! We were so happy to receive two vouchers from our children for Christmas and we decided not to come to the hot springs until cooler weather. What a tremendous decision that was. Lying in 37 degrees of beneficial water with droplets of rain all around us was such a pleasing experience. We met friendly people also on their first visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We especially loved the hot tub at the end with soothing oils and Aboriginal music. We also had a massage which we felt healed our tired bodies admirably. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back! 15 May 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by To get the most out of your trip Go Private. If you have never been to the hot springs before there are a few things you need to know. 1. There are kids in the public area, a lot of them. If you’re not into kids don't pay the extra for the public baths 2. If you want a coffee/lunch in the Spa Dreaming Centre you need to book a table. 3. The Spa Dreaming Centre does not have a lot of room but they do book a lot of people so be prepared to not get a locker. 4. The above makes it hard to get in your shower 20 mins before. Go Early. So once you know that you can prepare and enjoy, hopefully you can get in a pool without to many others and enjoy your day. I highly recommend getting a private bath in as it will relax you more than the outside pools. A good day if you can avoid the crowd. 28 April 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love This Place! This is in a beautiful setting - gorgeous 360 degree views from the pool at the top of the hill. We watched the sun go down - I recommend going in the afternoon and staying until it is dark. A totally relaxing experience. We paid a little extra to go in the public bathing area which we think has the best pools, including the one just mentioned. 12 April 2013
