- Experience takes place in an air conditioned studio with an experienced instructor.
- Come in relaxed clothing – we start with an easy warm up and stretch to release the stress. Then we take you step by step through the Pilates routine guiding and adjusting your posture and technique.

This experience is for 10 x 1 hour group classes (to be completed within 12 weeks)
Classes are evening and morning as per timetable (subject to change). Available 5 days per week throughout the year.
Not available during Christmas period.
The minimum age is 18. You must be able to participate safely in physical activities. Basic capacity to exercise, move around, be active and have fun!
This is a group class experience with an average of 12 participants.
This activity takes place indoors, and is not affected by weather.
Many people who have done this experience enjoyed it so much they have gone on to regular Pilates classes.
