Session Length
We are available for bookings all year round (excluding Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday). Bookings must be made during standard store opening hours and are one hour in duration. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please book 5 - 7 days in advance.

This experience is suitable for women of all ages who want to learn to apply makeup and update their image.
Numbers:
The price quoted is for one person. You will be one-on-one with your makeup artist during the experience.

I had a great time! I would never have thought to do this without being given the voucher. I am so glad I did. Matt was fantastic and lots of fun as well as very knowledgable. I learnt some great new tricks and left feeling very special and beautiful! I would recommend this experience to anyone.

This is my second RedBalloon Experience, & both have been fantastic. My first experience was a cooking class, my son organized this from Canada, and my sister had organized this make up lesson & product. Both will have lasting lessons learnt from the pleasurable experiences.

I loved every minute of the session, Emily was professional, listened carefully to what I asked and commented on, and re-phrased to clarify exactly what I wanted. She helped me where I needed help and recommended products that I would be able to use effectively and quickly. I'm so excited about trying them all out.

This was fantastic. Emily was so friendly and so helpful. I got to find out and try all the things i wanted to know. Plus be pampered a little bit. Napoleon stuff is Amazing. You get much more than you pay for.

I had a amazing time at my make up lesson. The make up artist showed me alot of different techniques I can use everyday. I will definitely feel more confident putting on my make up. I also think this would make a great gift for teenage girls so they can learn how to put on make up correctly and not put on too much!

Matt , my makeup instructor was knowledgeable and very enthusiastic and very helpful. Certainly not pushy on selling product after the lesson and the hour went very quickly. Something I wouldn't have thought of doing had I not seen it on the website.

The process is very straight forward & easy to understand. The appointment took no time to set up & was confirmed immediately. I was very happy with the standard of the makeup artist & her professionalism really added to my experience. I have been using the products since my appointment & am in love with the brand.

I had a great time and loved it! I learnt alot!!! Emma was great!! I would go back to her again and again! I have few people that will be interested in this make up lesson!!

Emma was very friendly and approachable. I can at times be hesitant in asking questions, however she made me feel very much at ease. Emma provided me with tips to a natural looking application of make (day and night) up and provided me with a hand out to remember the process- very handy indeed!

I had a great morning at Napoleon. It was great that not only do you get a professional to do your make, but also teach you how best to use it and provide you with products to the value of your voucher. Great value for money, even if it was a gift!

It was a wonderful experience, it was wonderful to get hands on experience and to be able to stop and ask questions throughout. My consultant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I felt like we were collaborating throughout! I'd do it again tomorrow, if I had the chance!

It was even better that i got $95 worth of product so I could reproduce the look at home. I had a party to go to a few days later and tested what I learnt.... i got great feedback and people thought i went and go my make up done for the day, when i told them i did it they didn't believe me.. Jess at Napoleon was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed the lesson and would totally recommend it to everyone I kow. Jess was very accommodating with all my questions and really explained everything so that I could understand and she even kept on stoping to give me time to ask more questions. I bought a lot of the products she used and have been able to recreate the look the myself, with a bit of practice I may even be able to even create the look as good as Jess did :):)
