Your Account Management

• Once you have a RedBalloon account, you can log in at any time to check your order history, extend and exchange vouchers, update your details or check if you have any credit on your account.

• You can also manage your newsletter subscriptions, add recipients to your address book and add exciting experiences to your Wish List.

This fun feature allows you to make lists of your favourite experiences when you are logged into 'My Account'.

Wish List

Add experiences to a personal Wish List, either for your own future purchases, or to send a hint to your friends and family.

Valid and unused gift vouchers can be redelivered anytime as an e-voucher without incurring a charge. Simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to 'My Account'
2. Select 'Order History' from the list on the left side of the page
3. Find the required experience voucher in the list of your recent purchases
4. You have the choice to either PRINT or RESEND.
