How do I know what dates and times are available before I send off my booking request?
Some experiences have live availability so you will be able to see how many spaces are open for your preferred day and time. Other experiences require you to submit a booking request and the experience provider will contact you directly to find a suitable time and date.
Why do I need to create an account?
Creating an account allows us to better assist you with changes to your bookings, refunds and exchanges, plus if you have any remaining credit you can fly through the checkout process.
What if I do not hear from the provider within 2 business days?
Once you submit your booking request you will receive the contact details of the experience provider. If your booking has not been confirmed within 2 business days you may contact the experience provider directly for confirmation. Alternatively, you may contact us for further assistance on this number 1300 875 500.
Can I book different experiences at the same time?
Yes you can. On the booking request page (which appears after you've submitted your Voucher Code above) you will be asked to submit your date and time preferences for each experience separately.
Can I swap my experience for something different if I cannot use the voucher I have?
Yes. Go to - https://www.redballoon.com.au/exchange you will be prompted through the necessary steps to change your experience.
Can I use a NZ Gift Voucher on the Australian RedBalloon site ?
No, your New Zealand Gift Voucher is in NZ dollars so can only be used on our NZ site (redballoon.co.nz). The same applies for Australian Gift Vouchers - they can only be used on the Australian RedBalloon website.
