Numbers on the Day

Minimum of 6 participants are needed for this experience to go ahead; maximum of 15 participants per session. Instructor(s) will be supervising at all times.


This experience is water level dependant. In the case of a cancellation due to insufficient water levels, a transfer to another date or experience will be offered.

Dress Code

Comfortable loose clothing. Consider including bathers, thermal underwear, two pairs of socks. Bring a wetsuit if you prefer to wear your own. Enclosed footwear must be worn. Bring a 2nd pair of shoes as one pair will get wet. Rain jacket, this will help to keep you comfortable in inclement weather.

You will be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participating in this experience. Hot soup and bread provided.
