Learn to Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) with the number one accredited SUP school. Get on board this amazing new sport which is taking the world by storm. It's a fun and social activity, great to do with friends, family or a partner. Taught by friendly accredited instructors, the 1.5 hour group lesson at Rose Bay Sydney will have you up and paddling, building core strength, balance, endurance and confidence all whilst enjoying beautiful water views. People of all fitness levels are finding out just how fun SUPing is.

On the Day

Session Length

The lesson is 1.5 hours, Saturday and Sundays (7am until 7pm).

Numbers on the Day

Our group size vary from 3 to 10 people. Extra instructors are available for larger groups.


In the unlikely event of extreme adverse weather conditions, you will be contacted and rescheduled at no extra cost.

Dress Code

What ever you are happy with wearing in the water. Remember to be sun smart though!

As this is an outdoor experience please make sure you bring your sunscreen.
