With all action sports, it is important that you learn the correct technique from day one and Stand Up Paddleboarding is no different. The instructors will have you paddling effectively in a short space of time, and ensure you leave with adequate knowledge to paddle… and stand up on your own
If the currents are too strong, or if the conditions are unsafe due to high winds or lightning, the providers will reschedule your lesson.
