Stand up paddleboarding is the latest craze in watersports and for good reason. Promising fun, relaxation and an awesome core workout you can start honing that beach bod while out on the glistening water. Beats the gym I say!
instructors will spend one hour guiding you through the tips and tricks of getting up on the board and gliding effortlessly through the water. After that, you have 30 minutes of free time to paddleboard yourself.
This watersport boasts a long list of awesome benefits. It gives you a full body workout while having fun at the same time. It is a fantastic aerobic activity meaning your strength, stability and stamina is increased. It’s stress reducing (keep those frown lines at bay) and if that wasn’t enough to convince you to get out on the water, you get a healthy dose of vitamin D while connecting with nature.
If the weather is considered unsuitable or we need to cancel your lesson the provider will do their best to call you with sufficient notice, but sometimes the weather changes unexpectedly. Where a lesson is cancelled, or shortened the unused portion is rescheduled. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, your lesson activity will be rescheduled to the next available time.
Please bring bathers and a towel.
Participants need to be confident swimmers. Not suitable for those with existing medical conditions that would prohibit them from participating in action-sports or those that are pregnant.
