Experience the Gold Coast's natural and cultural magic that's hidden amongst its glimmering skyline. First a cultural experience with a hike up to majestic views, followed by a kayak mini-adventure, then witness some iconic Aussie wildlife. This package paints a different picture of the Gold Coast.
Heart of Gold Coast Half Day Package - 3 tours in 1!
Tour 1: Start your morning by being welcomed at Jellurgal Aboriginal Cultural Centre by your guide, then set off on a hike through sub-tropical rainforest whilst being introduced to the cultural significance of this sacred land, as well as 'bush tucker', and stories of The Dreamtime. Be amazed at the majestic view on the summit of Burleigh Headland.
Tour 2: After morning tea, time to burn off some calories and kayak through the pristine waters of Tallebudgera Creek. Despite it's central location, this area has been relatively untouched, and rewards us with a rich eco system with abundant bird and marine life.
Tour 3: Fleays Wildlife Park is a small but unique conservation where native animals are kept within their natural environment. See Koalas, Kangaroos, Crocodiles, Platypus and more. Explore the park at your own pace, or get up close and personal with the animals in one of the daily wildlife shows.
There will be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants on the day.
Weather, local council and/or government regulations may require changes to the itineraries within the tour description. In this case your experience may be rescheduled for another date. Please note you will be offered another date by the experience provider, however no refunds will be issued.
