If your kind of sightseeing is a swift adventure, this tour is for you! With experienced guides leading the way, have a blast exploring secluded areas of the Tasman National Park and State Forest on a Can-am 4x4 ATV. These safe and comfortable vehicles seem to float over these wild, unkept roads. With the choice of a two or four seater buggy, ride with your family or friends around beautiful bush tracks at a speed that is comfortable for everyone. Half way through the tour, you'll disembark to take an easy 300 metre walk to the picturesque Cape Surville lookout. Keep an eye out for wildlife along the way and quickly discover why Tasmania is renowned for its untouched wilderness.

Note: For this experience, an "Adult" voucher is for one driver. "For 2" is for one driver and one passenger. "Group" is for one driver and two passengers. "Family" is for one driver and three passengers. Adult and For 2 are in the 2 seat buggy, Group and Family are in the 4 seat buggy.

Session Length

  • This experience is approximately 2 - 2.5 hours in duration, including training and safety briefing
  • Departure times: 9am and 1pm

Maximum of 2 drivers and 4 passengers per tour

  • Minimum drivers license is P2
  • Minimum passenger age is seven years
  • Tasmanian road rules apply
  • Customers will be required to sign a form before commencing with the tour. For those under 18 years, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf
  • Long pants and covered footwear are required
  • This experience only allows for 2 drivers and up to 4 passengers on each tour
  • Adult: Driver only
  • For 2: Driver and 1 passenger
  • Group: Driver and 2 passengers
  • Family: Driver and 3 passengers

Cancellation

  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This experience only allows for 2 drivers and up to 4 passengers on each tour.

Weather

This is an all weather activity, however if adverse weather conditions are forecast, your experience will be rescheduled.

Dress Code

Warm clothing is highly recommended. Long pants and covered footwear are required - no thongs or sandals.
