Observe and learn about native Australian wildlife and the landscape of Sydney with this informative guided tour. Gain insight into local transit marine species, marine habitats, marine fauna, lagoons, headlands, rock platforms, sandy beaches and the terrestrial flora and fauna of the area. Your fun and friendly guide will share their knowledge of the local area to increase your understanding and inspire you to help support conservation.
You will search for beautiful native wildlife such as water dragons, crabs, molluscs, echidnas, kookaburras, cormorants and cockatoos whilst experiencing the amazing views.
Visit Sydney Harbour National Park, local Aquatic reserves and have the opportunity to whale watch during their annual migration (May-October).
There is also provide a voluntary collection of marine debris during the walk and the data is recorded and submitted to a national database. You can enjoy the environment and contribute at the same time!
This experience is roughly four hours in length.
