Home to Australia’s oldest wine producing region, the Hunter Valley owes its fame to world class viticulturists and fertile soils. The first stop will be at Hope Estate, where you will experience a guided tour of the winery to learn about the winemaking process whilst sampling some of their award winning wines. Then visit Hunter Resort and enjoy a presentation on how the winery operates, a truly informative and educational experience.

Enjoy a delicious two course lunch that is accompanied by wine tastings and have the opportunity to visit Bluetongue Brewery, home of Bluetongue Beer and perhaps try a tasting paddle of the available varieties (own expense). Further tastings include a visit to McGuigans Winery to taste their Australian wines.

The last stop will take you to Hunter Valley Garden Village, a quaint little township. You will have free time to explore the many hidden delights in the garden village. You have the opportunity to try further tastings at the Hunter Valley Cellars. After departing Hunter Valley Garden Village you head back to Sydney via Freeman's Waterhole and the Expressway to arrive approximately at 6.15pm.

  • Departing 8 am and approximately retuning 6:45 pm

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • No charge if cancelled within one week or more 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 6 days of tour
  • No shows, Late Arrivals and cancellations within 24 hours: participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or re-book
  • Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstance
