Take a lunch time tour with a difference on this two hour tour to the beach of Eurimbula National Park, as you ride on a bright pink amphibious vessel, that takes you across the waters of Bustard Bay to the dry sandy beach stretching along Eurimbula National Park, perhaps tackling a sandbar on the journey!

Stop for a delicious picnic lunch with refreshments on the golden shoreline of this remote location, enjoying the fresh air, the cool breezes and the picturesque setting of Bustard Bay, with magnificent views of Round Hill Head.

Your experienced skipper will provide details on the history of the area, and during your tour, you may even see kangaroos, dolphins, turtles emus or sea birds. Explore the coastline of the historical town of Seventeen Seventy on your return journey.

On the Day

Session Length

  • This experience lasts 2 hours.
  • This tour is available on Sundays
  • The tour Departs at 11am and returns at 1pm
  • This experience is not available on 25 December (Christmas Day) and 1 January (New Years Day)

Numbers on the Day

This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants. There will be a maximum of 64 other people on the experience.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. If your experience is cancelled you will be rescheduled by the provider.

Dress Code

Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are recommended. Wear cool, comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes for walking.

  • Adult: Ages 17+ years
  • Child: Ages 5-16 years
  • Senior: Must hold a valid Senior Card
  • A $2 Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service Fee is payable on the day

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • Rescheduling
  • Over 24 hours prior to the experience date: no charge
  • Within 24 hours of the experience date: 20% per person participant fee. Transferral of booking within 24 hours of experience will also incur a $25 per person fee.
  • No shows and late arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
