Your private guide will teach you about Australia's first settlers and the immigrants that shaped what was once a penal colony, and is now a thriving international city. Escape the crowds down the laneways of the city, and visit historical sites many tourists don’t get the chance to visit and discover the history behind the iconic bush tucker, Billy tea and the popular folk song ‘Waltzing Matilda’. Your tour will end on George Street, close to Circular Quay, where you will discover the importance of Customs House in moulding the character of the city. Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:


  • Over 5 days prior to the experience date: No charge
  • 48 hours up to 4 days prior to the experience date: 50% of the tour price per person fee to change the experience date and time
  • Within 48 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
