Learn the iconic Aussie farming story with this half day tour at Tobruk Sheep Station. You'll get to learn about traditional farming skills and the history of agriculture in the Outback by watching and participating! The outback show is an engaging performance that will entertain and inform, the campfire activity will teach you about how to make damper and billy tea! Then you'll get to witness a real live sheep muster with stockmen and their hardworking dogs! A sheep shearing demonstration follows and then it's off to watch boomerang throwing and whip cracking, where you'll get a chance to try it out! To finish off your experience you'll get to tuck into some traditional Aussie tucker at the Tobruk Station Woodshed Restaurant and enjoy the lovely views over the Hawkesbury River Valley.
