Especially for Vivid Sydney, Kobe Jone's Chef de Cuisine Seung Kyu Min has created an exquisite menu; the perfect dining experience for two. Spoil your partner with a meal of meticulously crafted modern Japanese food with a creative Californian twist! With dishes that range from sashimi to wagyu beef, miso lobster tail and wafu papaya salad; this meal will surprise you with unexpected flavours and traditional elements. You'll also get to sip on a cocktail on arrival - but this isn't just your normal martini. The meal finishes with a delectable green tea creme brulee, satisfying your sweet tooth and perhaps prompting you to go for a stroll to help you out of your food coma. You won't have to go far though to see the Vivid Sydney light displays, as the restaurant is smack bang in Darling Harbour.
