Scallop

  • Seared scallop, spiced cauliflower, capers, golden raisin, pickled kohlrabi

Quail

Cod

  • Pan-fried blue eye cod, braised oxtail, glazed carrot, black radish, red wine jus

Beef

  • Slow cooked Rangers Valley beef brisket, mushroom ketchup, baby turnip, oyster mushroom

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

Rescheduling

  • Over 2 weeks prior to the experience date: No charge
  • 48 hours to up to 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person participant fee to change the experience date and time
  • Within 48 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
