Ribbon sandwiches

• Tasmanian smoked salmon, rocket and fried caper
• Free range egg, mayonnaise, snow pea sprouts
• Leg ham with seeded mustard
• Cucumber, cream cheese, dill and chive
• Chicken, walnut, apple, celery and tarragon mayonnaise

• This experience is available daily with the last high tea booking at 1pm
• Please allow at least 1.5 hours for your high tea experience
