In this unique experience you will spend a day fully immersed on a gorgeous Kangaroo Valley property creating a five course menu using a range of cooking techniques and traditions, including picking produce straight from the garden.
This is a true Garden to Table experience. Start the day foraging in the vegetable garden picking the fresh herbs and veggies that will be used in your cooking class. Then, journey back to some Italian roots and share the art of making Mozarella and ricotta cheeses, crispy focaccia and fresh silky pasta. Combine the freshly picked ingredients and new found skills with simple, rustic cooking to create a sumptuous long country lunch.
This is a full day experience from 9am - 3pm.
There is a maximum of 12 people per class and a minimum of 6 to proceed.
Please remove all jewellery (rings, bracelets etc) and wear enclosed shoes.
Child pricing applies to children aged 8 - 14. All children must be accompanied by a full paying adult
