You will learn to recreate the wonderful tastes of Thailand that everyone loves, using the very best local produce and enjoyed together around a communal cooking table. With all fresh ingredients on hand, prepare to learn the fundamentals of Thai ingredients and flavours and have a play with flavours that suit your taste buds. Known as the land of smiles, Thai people are generous, welcoming and relaxed. With this, the food of Thailand will also take you through some history, culture and stories of its people shared by your chef. Inspired by communal eating around the Thai family table, the menu is made up of dishes created for sharing. Below is the exciting seasonal menu on offer:

NORTHERN THAILAND MENU in Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov

On the Day

Session Length

  • Please allow 3 hours for the duration of this experience
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time as doors will be locked promptly at commencement of the class

Numbers on the Day

There will be a minimum of 10 participants and maximum of 16 participants.

Dress Code

Please wear close toed shoes appropriate for kitchen environments.

Liquor is served people over 18 years old. The provider has the right to refuse entry to participants if they are not wearing appropriate footwear or clothing.


  • Please dress comfortably for a kitchen equipment
  • Long hair should be tied back and jewellery is kept to a minimum
  • Shoes should be non-slip and must be closed-in
  • Participants should advise provider about any dietary requirements


Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.

  • No charge will be made to move the class to another date or time
