Immerse yourself into the wonderful art of Thai cooking. Discover the purpose of each Thai ingredient in your finished dish. Make a curry paste from scratch, and learn how to wok-toss an amazing Pad Thai. Mango, coconut cream and sticky rice will make your taste buds sing!
This specially designed menu covers authentic Thai skills, methods and techniques as well as commonly used Thai ingredients. You will be inspired to cook Thai cuisine more regularly! This class will also help to improve knife skills, which are all important to this style of cooking. This is a high energy class which reflects the nature and flavours of Thai cooking.
The experience runs for 3 hours. On weeknights classes start at 6.15pm and on Saturdays at 10.00am or 2.30pm. Classes run 50 weeks a year on pre-scheduled dates.
From time to time photographs or videos may be taken in class and used for marketing purposes. Please make it known to staff if you would prefer not to be involved.
