This 2-hour cooking class has been developed by a team of nutritionists to show you how food shopping, cooking and eating healthy can not only be delicious but really very simple as well as budget friendly. All recipes make the most of the fresh, seasonal produce and have been nutritionally analysed and priced so you know exactly what you are feeding yourself and how much it costs.
During the class, you will be given tips and tricks about the specific nutrients in the food being cooked and how your body will benefit from it. The dishes are full of goodness that will have your taste buds dancing with joy, your heart beating loudly and the rest of your body bursting with energy.
Classes require a minimum of 5 people and have a maximum of 16 people per class.
Please dress comfortably with flat, closed in shoes.
