The unveiling of a tower of custard filled profiteroles held together by crisp golden caramel and topped by Swiss couverture chocolate is only second to the experience of eating this treat! Learn how to prepare, cook and construct this spectacle as well as making marshmallow and praline.
A fantastic way to get comfortable cooking what many perceive to be tricky sweet treats in this techniques based session. And the best part is you get to eat all your glorious creations at the end of the class!

Each class has up to 18 participants, with 2 teachers and a kitchen assistant.
This experience is not affected by the weather.
Flat closed in shoes must be worn for safety requirements.
