Travel along The Great Ocean Road on this Melbourne to Adelaide road trip. You and your group will travel by minibus through tiny towns and past gorgeous bushland to end up in quaint Adelaide. Stay two nights at a hostel, learn about Aboriginal culture, spot wildlife and visit famous landmarks.
Bring a sense of adventure and fun on this roadtrip! You'll set out on the road in your group’s minibus to be driven along The Great Ocean Road. You’ll travel through the sleepy towns, to stunning beaches, and stop off to marvel at waterfalls and iconic natural phenomenon like The 12 Apostles. You’ll marvel at the natural beauty Lord Ard Gorge and Mackenzie Falls in Grampians National Park. While you’re visiting the National Park you’ll also drop into Brumbak Cultural Centre to learn about Aboriginal culture and the significance of the area to Indigenous people.
In keeping with the tour’s basic appeal, you’ll spend two nights in a dorm room at a hostel with shared facilities. The tour is definitely for people who are looking for an authentic bush adventure, not those who need creature comforts. The tour includes 2 breakfasts, a lunch and a dinner but you will need to bring along money to buy food along the way. You will be dropped off in Adelaide on Day three.
Maximum group size is 24 people. Please be aware this is not a private tour.
Please bring comfortable clothing that you can be active in. It is important to bring sensible walking shoes, sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen. The Australian sun is very strong in the summer months. You may want to bring swimwear with you. In the colder months you need to bring a jacket and a wollen hat, scarf etc.
