If you're interested in learning to fly, then this is the perfect experience with plenty of time to fly the aircraft. During the 60 minute Introductory Flight you will take the controls and experience the thrill of flight under the expert guidance of an experienced flight instructor.
On arrival at the hangar lounge you will meet your flight instructor and go through a flight brief, when this is complete you will take to the air in a new recreational aircraft.
During your 60 minute flight your experienced flight instructor will introduce the controls to you and make sure that you understand all their operations, once you're familiar with the controls you will get the chance to fly the plane. You will get to experience the full sensations of flying and find it surprisingly easy. You can relax during the flight in the knowledge that your instructor will handle the landing at the end of the flight.
The time spent flying counts towards your Pilot Certificate, Recreational Pilot Licence, Private Pilot Licence or even your Commercial Pilot Licence.
Please allow around 1.5 hours for the whole experience, this includes a 15 minute pre-flight briefing and 60 minutes flying time.

Participants who arrive on the day of their experience and do not adhere to these guidelines will forfeit their experience.
You will be one on one with your flight instructor.
In the event of poor weather conditions the experience provider will reschedule your flight.
Comfortable clothes including enclosed shoes. Please bring sunglasses and a cap. Please remove all ear rings.
During the summer months flights are recommend before lunchtime for weather stability and passenger comfort.
This experience takes place in Archerfield Airport, 20 minutes south from Brisbane CBD.
