Take your fromage knowledge from zero to hero with this cheese making course in the beautiful Swan Valley. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, learn to make your own fetta, ricotta, yoghurt, yoghurt cheese and sour cream quickly and easily at home.

This full day workshop will teach you about milk, cheese making ingredients and how to avoid common mistakes in home cheese making. Most importantly, you’ll know exactly what goes into your creations and be shown how to make these everyday classics just how you like them. From plain to flavoured and marinated fetta, probiotic to Greek-style yoghurt, to serving suggestions, the options are endless and are sure to keep you and your loved ones deliciously entertained for years to come!

Session Length

  • Course runs from 10am-4pm
  • Usually held on weekends, approximately every six weeks


  • Special dietary requirements must be advised at least 24 hours before the course
  • Participants must be 18 and older to consume alcohol; ID may be required


Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • Once a course date is selected, a $50 fee applies to course date transfers
  • Date transfers are not permitted within 14 days of course date. You can however transfer a course to another person

Numbers on the Day

This course runs with a minimum of eight and maximum of 16 participants.

Dress Code

Comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear, with long hair tied back. Apron is provided.
