Learn about the bloodied past of Boggo Road Gaol; one of Australia's oldest prisons. Marred by violence, terrible conditions, suicide and even supposed hauntings; the Boggo Road Gaol is known as one of the most notorious prisons in Australia. No longer operational, the prison is heritage listed and is open to the public for tours. This tour is extra special, however, it is led by a former inmate.

Tour runs in all weather, and will only be cancelled if conditions are dangerous.
Comfortable walking shoes must be worn. Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen is recommended, especially in summer. Bring umbrellas/raincoats in wet weather. Dress suitably for the weather.
A plastic bottle of water/soft drink is recommended for participants (required if suffering of low blood sugar levels i.e. diabetic).
