“My husband was gifted a champagne breakfast at the Public Dining Room for his birthday. Neither of us had been before and what an amazing experience it was! We are big foodies and love eating out. The view over Balmoral Beach is superb, the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. You were able to select from the regular menu and a glass of champagne was included.
