Hot air ballooning can mean a very early start so it’s a good idea to head up to the Hunter Valley the night before. In fact, it’s the perfect excuse to make a weekend out of it and enjoy all the delicious wineries and restaurants the Hunter Valley has to offer.
Depending on the time of year take off for your hot air balloon flight can be anytime between 4am and 6:30am. You’ll be in the air for a full hour, taking in the stunning sights and sunrise from the sky with your fellow ballooners.
