From Wiseman's Ferry, you'll have a fantastic time wakeboarding or wakeskating! A combination of skateboarding, surfing and snowboarding, wakeboarding is a hybrid rush! Choose wakeskating if you want an added challenge. For novices to pros, this is a great hour of thrills and spills!

You'll choose what you'd like to do out of wakeboarding or wakeskating and you'll soon be landing a new trick! We'll talk about boat safety, then before you know it we're out on the water!

Get ready to feel the rush of being in complete control as you take on the river. If you've never wakeboarded before, your instructor will explain how to get up if it's your first time - this takes patience because you're not only controlling your body, but a foreign apparatus as well!

Those with experience wakeboarding can either show us what they’ve got - or try their hand at wakeskating. Wakeskating is wakeboarding, but instead of a wakeboard you ride a wakeskate, which isn't attached to your feet (similar to a skateboard). Whatever your experience, you'll be heaps better by the end of the hour!

You're free to chat to the instructor about what you've learnt, what you'd like to learn, or how to get the most out of your time on the water. All ages and abilities are different, but with the 'training bar' and experienced crew, you'll get the best out of the water in no time!

Session Length

This experience is an hour out on the boat, with half an hour's riding for both participants. You can choose your time, subject to availability, between 7am and 4pm Friday - Sunday in Wiseman's Ferry.

Guidelines:

This experience is suitable for everyone over 5 years! The same price applies for kiddies. There's a weight limit of 125kgs. Don't participate if you have injuries related to your knees, ankles or back. Pregnant women shouldn't participate.

Numbers:

This experience is for two people, and it'll just be you two and the driver on the boat. Another person can join at a pro rata rate, just give us a call.

Weather:

A bit of rain doesn't hurt! If the weather is extreme we'll make the call as early as possible to reschedule for another day.

Other Info:

We supply all the gear such as wakeboards, tubes, wakeskates, life jackets and ski shorts (limited sizes available). The experience is available every day except public holidays.
