Experience a 1/2 day activity swimming with wild seals and dolphins only 90 minutes south of Melbourne. You will experience snorkelling alongside friendly fur seals and watch wild dolphins swim freely all around you. Your adventure begins at Sorrento Pier where you collect all your snorkelling equipment and step aboard your luxury tour boat to experience a magical three hour adventure.

Your cruise commences with an introductory on-board snorkel demonstration, after which we travel out into the sheltered shallows of Port Phillip Bay viewing the pristine coastline and cliff top mansions.

Arriving at Chinaman's Hat where you can put your newfound skills into action, this is a local spot where the ever curious Australian Fur Seals are waiting to share their underwater world with you.

From Chinaman's Hat, we cruise over to Popes Eye, (Marine National Park) for a look at the Australasian Gannets and a snorkel with the vast array of colourful fish inhabiting the marine park. From here on, we cruise magnificent Port Phillip Bay in search of the inspiring Bottle Nose Dolphins. When the dolphins are located, it's on with your mask and snorkel and you enter the water, swimming into their domain. This is truly an awesome experience and one you will never forget.

Rated 4 out of 5 by It was a great experience, I would do it again My friend and I swam with the Dolphins in Sorrento on the 4th April 2013. We were lucky it was a beautiful, sunny day, not cold/ not hot. You will be given a full length wet suit, snorkel and goggles which is good. We were also lucky to see dolphins who were very active this day everyone got a chance to see them under and above the water. The seals are also pretty cool and love to pose for a picture, however they smell really bad just be prepared they may make you gag. I would recommend taking your own food and drink, if you get hungry easily as there is food and drink supplied and sold but if you are placed with a large group you may miss out the first time round as the staff are in and out as they are also busy with the tour preparations, which is understandable. I would definitely recommend purchasing an underwater digital camera before you go the pictures are worth it. Or you can purchase a cheap underwater film camera on board the boat. Which is what I used as I had problems with my underwater digital camera. Don't bother with the shower at the end as it is cold, hand held and there are too many people wanting to get changed at the end of tour on way back to dock, there are only 2. Take a roll of toilet paper/ tissues as even though the roll is hidden in a small cupboard it is damp from the shower facilities. Even though you are not allowed to touch the animals I would recommend doing it, just to see them swimming around you is amazing. It was a great day 9 May 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Experience of my life to date You got to see the Seals and Dolphins so close while underwater. They came right up to say hello and then they would swim off again. The day was a bit cold but would definitely do it all again in a heart beat. Loved it!!! 21 April 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Would do again! We were lucky enough to come across a pod of dolphins within the first 10minutes spent on the water! You enter the water in groups of 10 and watch the dolphins swim underneath you, we were able to enter the water twice with the dolphins before we had to move on to see the seals. Seals were extremelly playful! Performing flips and rolls for us in the water. Spent 40 minutes with the seals and were able to swim around freely with the seals and get as close as you dared. Headed to a marine reef just before midday but most people were to frozen to enter the water again and see it. An overall fantastic experience! 14 April 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Really fun experience, would do it again! Got this double ticket for my 21st, I went with my boyfriend and it was a wonderful experience for both of us. We got given wetsuits and flippers and eye masks, the staff were absolutely amazing and would be there in the water to help you if you were a bit scared. We got in with the seals, searched for dolphins ..and actually saw some, but by the time we got into the water they had already swam off. The only fault is that we didn't actually get to be in the water with the dolphins, but I understand that cannot be guaranteed. 8 April 2013
